We would like to invite you to the above show and do hope you can come and join us in one of our busiest shows. We have already received many requests for stalls and of course this will remain a well promoted show. Aimed at raising awareness of holistic therapies, spiritual development and guidance plus offering unique gifts, crafts and jewellery in one of the largest events in the South East. We aim to provide a relaxing, informative and uplifting day for exhibitors and visitors alike! We do hope you can and share this day with us.

The Hawth Theatre, Hawth Avenue, Crawley, Sussex is a large theatre complex that lends itself to this type of event with its friendly ambience and woodland positioning. It also has easy access by road and rail, and ample free car parking.

Exhibitors can arrive from 8.30am onwards and should be ready for 9.45am. On entry, please come to the main desk and we will direct you to the nearest door to your table for unloading. After unloading it is essential you re-park you car in either the artistes or customer car park. All stall holders are requested not to use the disabled bays after 9.40am, including disabled stall holders. The event finishes at 6pm.

PLEASE COMPLETE the online application form BY RETURN AND NO LATER THAN that our Show deadlines; including full payment being made to be included in the printed show booklet. You can still book after this date if space, however we will not over book anyone therapy, product or service.

Late Payment fee of £5.00 may be payable after the Show deadline.

Payments will be invoiced via email using PayPal.com. A safer way to pay your bills online.

Please note: Strictly no collections on the day. We are over booked for every show so do not delay in completing your booking. (We will accept post-dated cheques made payable for our booking deadline. Late bookings can only be accepted if space is available. This will result in exclusion from the programme which has an early completion deadline for printing, plus any promotion from our websites.

Please ensure all details for brochure are written on the form, i.e. Trade Name and PHONE NUMBER etc. Failure to do this could result in vital details being omitted from brochure. You need to give a contact telephone number for the brochure and on the website. Acceptance of Exhibitors\stand space will be at the organiser's discretion.

  • All psychic consultations –all services to be provided to clients at the rate of £30 - £40 for a minimum of 25/30 minutes,
    Additional charges allowed for further time only and not extra skills. Failure to comply will result in non-participation in future shows. Concessionary discounts at Readers discretion. This instruction is to protect the ethical reputation of the show and the professional integrity of all of our psychic Consultants.
  • Please display all prices and charges clearly.
  • All therapists must be certificated and hold their own liability insurance.
  • All Stallholders, Exhibitors, contractors or suppliers whom we engage at or allow to stand exhibit or supply services to our events must hold third party liability insurance in your own right for the duration of the event, and evidence of the relevant policy, including the name of the insurer, the policy number and Limit of indemnity must be recorded by us prior to your participation at any of our events.
  • Checks may be made with customers as to the satisfaction of service they have received.
  • After unloading, all vehicles must be re-parked in either customer or artiste’s car park behind Hawth. Please ensure your vehicle is not left in front of the building or in the disabled bays (even if you are disabled).
  • Please observe all Health & Safety regulations at the Hawth, including no smoking throughout the building.

Please note in the event of cancellation, monies NON-refundable unless a similar stall replacement can be found by the Exhibitor, who is of the same standard, reputation, and acceptable to the organisers. If the Exhibitor fails to attend the event, for any reason whatsoever, no refund of payment will be made
Refreshments and bar
Facilities are available at the Hawth throughout the day with reasonable prices.
Wall spaces and backboards
Wall spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please advise on the form if you have additional backboard or high stands sitting on your table, or any other additions you are bringing such as cloth rails etc. Failure to do so can risk being refused in the interests of other exhibitors. All tables, stands or equipment, MUST FIT WITHIN SPACE PAID FOR.

All tables must be covered by a cloth, which reaches to the floor on all four sides
Any products\ Services other than listed and accepted on the order form, may be subject to removal.

Exhibitors must be set up 15 minutes before opening time and must not be cleared away until official closing time unless previously authorised with organisers in the interests of other exhibitors.

Should there be any problems that arise either from customers or other exhibitors, please come and find us first and we will be only too pleased to sort them out. This is a spiritual show and we want to encourage a happy and peaceful atmosphere and can only do this if you approach us and not try to deal with it yourself, which can have the opposite result.

These are also over subscribed, every effort is made to allow exhibitors to promote themselves, a talk slot cannot be guaranteed. As very popular, if you have requested a slot and cannot be accommodated, we will try to advise you before the event and we will endeavour to give you a slot on the next event. Please be punctual to the demonstration and finish after 20 minutes to avoid upsetting the following demonstration. Non-Compliance will mean that you will not be able to enjoy future demonstrations.
Health and Safety
Please ensure all boxes and packing materials are removed as soon as possible, the Hawth have asked me to draw attention to this, as you and us are liable in case of accident by customer or other exhibitor. The Hawth does not permit naked flames, if tee lights are used, they must be extinguished on leaving your table. All fire, emergency exits, tram lines etc. must be kept clear at all times.

Unless on Exhibitors own boards, blue-tac, sellotape, drawing pins must not be used, please be especially careful in the foyers, where art exhibitions are placed on the walls.

*Please note the Exhibitor may not assign, sublet or grant licences in respect of the whole or any part of the space allotted to them without the express written permission of the Organiser. Tables/spaces may not be shared unless the higher price has been paid.
In no event shall the Exhibitor have any claim of any kind, against the Organiser, or the venue owners, agents or employees in respect of any loss, or damage through abandonment, cancellation or curtailment of the show due to any reason beyond the organiser’s control. The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever, for any loss or damage incurred at the event.
Returned Booking form must be signed and will be considered as acceptance to all terms and conditions.

FreedomFesivals.co.uk are organising the show at the Hawth and will continue to create growth. We would like to thank all our readers, healers, exhibitors as without their wonderful services or products this show would not be here. We do intent to expand on the promotion of the show to increase the numbers of visitors over the coming months. Using the internet and admission promotions

It has come to our attention that our show is regularly targeted for exhibitors for other shows, without our consent or approval. While we appreciate this may prove of financial benefit to you, often it is not. If you would like any information on other organisations (their credibility etc.), we are only too pleased to advise, with your interests at heart. Please notify us if you are touted.

It is with sincere regret, we are unable to offer places at the Hawth to exhibitor’s who attend competitors events in Crawley. We
are very happy to forward details of any good organisers to our team for the outside of the Crawley area.
