Learn more about our Ancient heritage, some of the old traditions and the many Ancestral Spirits that dwell on the Sussex Downs.

Throughout this tour you will discover some of the secrets of the County of Sussex. You will begin to experience firsthand our history and folklore. The tour begins in the Village of Wilmington and takes in the ancient sites that reside across our Sacred and Magikal landscape.

This tour will feature talks and hands on experience in Spirit communication using the spirit board at sacred sites. We will give information on the wild foods, the Magikal and practical properties of some of the plants and trees. Details about folklore, Ley lines and geomancy, not forgetting lunch at the renowned Druid friendly Pub the Giants Rest.

Its here where Shane and Andrew Gadd will give a demonstration of Meduimship and use the ancient druid oracle “The Ogam”.

Enjoy with us the fabulous views and learn more of the Magik that dwells within the landscape of Wilmington, the site of the Long Man. Event on June the 7th 2008 Start at 10am until 5pm.

This tour involves walking around six miles in total across the South Downs. Good walking shoes, outside clothing and the fitness ability is required.
